My medical check-up result is out! Doc advised me to take good care of my diet.Yes! I have to make changes to my diet. Just to make myself healthy. And keep fit! From now on...I have to keep an eye on my portions. Don't eat with my eyes...huhuh.She wanted me to avoid those fast foods /oily thingy. And added as much fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet as possible.
I've always known as a good eater! Can eat anything, anytime. If I'm stressed, I eat even more...huhhh! Plus extra snacking here and there. Oh boleh ker control my diet ni? Addehh...penin. Next check-up appointment will be after Raya. (lagila banyak makan during Raya kan? huhu!)

Aku bagi korang tips sikit. Terutama sekali untuk orang perempuan. Diet bukan makan buah sahaja., atau sayur saja or tak makan lansung. Diet means balance intake of protein, Cabs, fats and other minerals. Untuk Izyan, dr apa yg kamu tulis, Canavaro rasa kamu ada masalah colestrol, blood count and other imbalance nutrients. Kamu ada rase pening? Memory lost? Lathergic? etc Kalau ada sebaiknya : 1) Cuba Puasa style Nabi Daud. Boleh improve health dan jaga iman & hati
2) Hari yang tak puasa, exercise 30 mins (jog or cyc)minimum. Qiyamulail pun antara cara exercise yang baik
3) Breakfast oat, campur buah sedikit dan minum susu. Alternatively, roti (wholemeal) dan half boil eggs. Betul eggs ada colestrl tapi good one dan ini penting untuk kill the bad colestrol
4) Tengahari makan nasi (jgn lebih dari besar sekepal genggaman tangan) dan pastikan ada sayur, protein, dan sedikit fat
4) Malam kalau boleh jgn makan nasi lagi tapi ganti dengan roti sandwich(wholemeal) dan salad (watch out the dressing)
Sebagai tambahan supplement, makan fish oil 2 kali sehari 1000mgm sekali. Atau kalau suka EPO pun ok jugak. BIasa perempuan ambil EPO.
minum air min 1 litre setiap hari dan setiap kali minum selawat 3 kali dan al-fatihah sekali.
Kalau kamu cuba cadangan Canavaro ni full hearted,don't cheat, 3 bulan dari sekarang insya'Allah kamu akan ok.
